Haitian Charity and Donations

Toly Care is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was officially formed by the founder, Jumel Pluviose in 2003.  Mr. Jumel Pluviose had the vision of forming a ministry where he could teach a segment of the Haitian population to become self- sufficient. His concept was that he would offer Haitians the opportunity to improve their lives through education. Toly Care Inc. would offer them the 'key' to a better life by offering free education to illiterate Haitians.

This foundation was then created to assist brothers and sisters unable to care for themselves. By creating role models, Toly Care believes that others will follow the example and for that reason the initiation of a campaign to bring free education to underprivileged Haitians was made.

Through Mr. Pluviose's professional expertise and a percentage of his income, he has made a difference in the lives of others. This is evident in local schools in Port Margot, Haiti where Toly Care has been paying for tuition and school supplies for a number of students since 2003 and teaching adults how to read and write.
